ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT YOU FEEL WOULD BE BENEFICIAL:

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors during this period, I also volunteered to serve as FCSA’s Tournament Director for the annual First Coast Labor Day Shootout Tournament.  As Director of the event for the last 3 years, we have brought in an additional revenue stream to FCSA in excess of $50,000.00.   This money goes directly back to help support all of FCSA’s programs.  For example, in 2007-08, the Academy budget was supplemented approximately $15,000.00 with money earned from the Labor Day Tournament to assist in their budget.  Additionally, as VP of Patton Park , we have brought in various additional outside revenue sources to help assist with the operating costs for the fields and to supplement the Advanced Program budget.  FCSA is 100% responsible for the care and upkeep of the entire facility, and these events, along with our general membership, ensure that we have one of the best facilities in the Southeast, while helping to keep membership costs and programs offered competitive with other soccer clubs in Northeast Florida.
