Players are required to commit to a full year of the program.

Payments are made in 2-3 installments that are outlined before tryouts.

There are no refunds for the travel academy or KYX programs. There are considerations for players who have season-ending injuries or move out of the area – these must be requested through the Vice-President of KYX or Academy (whichever applies).

Each program in FCSA has a limited amount of scholarship money which is available for players with financial need. Families are required to pay back scholarship monies with volunteer hours during the year.

The website has a “FIELD STATUS” display. The Patton Park staff will do their best to keep coaches and families up to date on field status. However, weather changes very fast and information cannot be kept up to date on a minute by minute basis.
