ORDERING A UNIFORM
Recreational uniforms are now ordered and paid for online and mailed directly to your house.
Uniforms are re-used each year so this only applies to those of you who do not have a uniform or need a new one or pieces of a uniform.
To place the order, go to the ScoreSports website at:
1) Login or Create an Account (if creating account, use FCSA as "Club Code")
2) Click “my account” link at top right of page
3) Click “View or change my account information”
4) Enter club name: FCSA
5) Click “continue” to update your account
6) Click on “FCSA" tab
7) Order the complete uniform package - “FCSA 4-piece set” - and any extra pieces, if desired
Note: If your player is U11 or older, please note this in the Special Numbering or Delivery Instruction box. This is necessary for uniform numbers control. It is ok for younger players to have repetitive uniform numbers on a team.
