Conduct 2 training sessions per week, during season
Conduct an optional 3rd training session for team, once per month
At the beginning of EACH season hold a pre-season team/parents meeting to address fees, tournaments, conduct, playing time, tryouts, expectations, training days\times, etc.
Hold two short parent meetings during the season following a tournament or game to answer parent questions and discuss team progress
Assist the Manager in developing a team budget (Club fees are established by Club BOD)
Conduct team try outs following spring season
Assist with 1 other try out session
Identify and train an assistant coach if possible
Identify and secure a team Manager and Treasurer
Research and Identify appropriate tournaments to attend for your particular team (seek approval from the DOC)
Attend an NSCAA or USSF Coaches upgrade during each 2 year period (Club reimburses partial costs, if successful)
Set season schedule (training, friendlies, tournaments, travel, off weekends, etc)
Conduct on-going player\parent communication (usually by email and at least weekly, but not communicated by the manager!!!)
Schedule 1 DOC assessment for a training session and 1 for a game assessment per season
Conduct Post-season player\parent evaluations through Zoom Reports
Research and recruit age-appropriate, competitive level players for your team and the Club in general (according to FYSA guidelines)
