Rescheduling is only to be done in unusual circumstances. Club scheduling is challenging – changes are more challenging. IF you have to reschedule a game:

 

U5-U12 in-house coaches	1 - Contact the other coach 2 - Come up with 2 alternate dates and times 3 - Contact the office to request field space – fcsa@bellsouth.net – they will contact you back about field and time.   Note – for teams with referees - you MUST compete any rescheduling a minimum of 1 week before the game. Your age group is assigned referees and they have to be notified.
U9-U19 NFY league coaches	Your schedules are online - www.nfysl.com ALL NFY GAME RESCHEDULES MUST BE COMPLETED A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE. Your team will be charged referee fees if it is done less than 1 week from the game time. Document all correspondence with coaches (i.e. do all corresponding through email). For HOME GAMES 1 – contact the other coach – coach contact information is online through the NFY          website – www.nfysl.com 2 – come up with 2 alternate dates and times 3 – contact the office – fcsa@bellsouth.net  For AWAY GAMES 1 – find out the coaches name through www.nfysl.com 2 – contact them and come up with 2 alternate dates and times 3 – THEY will contact THEIR scheduler and let you know.
