Recreational Director of Coaching Jason Lee is currently the Recreational Director of Coaching for the First Coast Soccer Association. As D.O.C, his roles and responsibilities are to oversee the activities and development of FCSA recreational youth coaches and players.  He will strive to develop, maintain, & operate high quality coaching development & player development programs that will achieve First Coast Soccer Association’s short-term goals & long-term vision.  The goal is to continue to grow the recreational player population year after year by creating a soccer environment where every player enjoys a soccer experience so rewarding that he/she voluntarily seeks opportunities to participate in other club programs throughout the year. In addition, the D.O.C is responsible for all aspects of recreational soccer operations within the club. The D.O.C will also act as an ambassador for the club and the game of soccer within the local school districts and the Jacksonville soccer community.
	Academy Director of Coaching Sue Hofman is currently the Director of Coaching of the Academy Program for First Coast Soccer Association. As DOC, her roles and responsibilities are to oversee the activities and development of FCSA academy trainers, coaches and players. She will strive to develop, maintain and operate high quality coach and player development programs that will achieve First Coast Soccer Association’s short-term goals and long-term vision. The mission of the academy program is to offer age-appropriate technical and tactical training in a positive learning environment that will allow players to reach their goals.  In addition, the D.O.C is responsible for all aspects of academy soccer operations within the club. The D.O.C will also act as an ambassador for the club and the game of soccer within the local school districts and the Jacksonville soccer community.
	Travel-KYX Director of Coaching Patrick Cannon is currently the Director of Coaching of the KYX Program for First Coast Soccer Association. As DOC, his roles and responsibilities are to oversee the activities and development of FCSA KYX trainers, coaches and players. He will strive to develop, maintain and operate high quality coach and player development programs that will achieve First Coast Soccer Association’s short-term goals and long-term vision. The mission of the KYX program is to offer technical and tactical training at the highest level to ensure player growth and development. In addition, the D.O.C is responsible for all aspects of KYX soccer operations within the club. The D.O.C will also act as an ambassador for the club and the game of soccer within the local school districts and the Jacksonville soccer community.
